The Service Item After Sales
 
1. 产品培训/The products training
 
       所有的培训都包括设备简单工作原理介绍、设备操作、设备日常维修保养和清洁工作流程及方法等多 个方面,详细分为:
       All of the products training are including the introduction of equipment operation principle, equipment operation, equipment daily maintain and cleaning process and so on as following:
 
    1)     提供产品的中英文说明书;
    Offer the product catalogues by Chinese and English.
    2) 提供产品到达用户后的首次系统性培训,包括设备操作、设备日常维修保养和清洁工作流程及方法等方面的系统培训(时间另定).
    After the equipments would be sent to the customers for the first time, we will perform systemic training, like as equipment operation, equipment daily maintain and cleaning process etc.(the time will be arranged in addition.
    3)     物业开业后,设备使用过程中因员工流动所发生的培训,由我方负责免费提供.
After the project would be practiced, we will perform the training free fee if your employees have changed again.
 
 
2. 产品维修/Service for Products
 
    1) 产品的保修/Maintain for products                     
 
    a)一般产品的保修期为12个月(易损件除外)。在保修期内,定期回访,凡属质量问题而引起的维修费用及零配件费用均由卖方承担。
Usually the maintenance period there are 12 months. During the maintain period, all of service and parts charge by quality are paid by supply side.
 
    b)保修期内,机器发生故障由卖方派工程技术人员上门免费服务,服务内容为:
    机器安全性的检查;
    机器一般性能及电机损耗的检查;
    了解客户员工使用设备中所产生的问题并解决;
     观察客户员工操作设备的方法并纠正不当操作。
     During the maintenance period, for the machine failure, the supply side will send        technical engineers to service free and service contents including:
     Check for safety;
     Check for performance and motor wear down;
     Knowing and settling the matter of customers using;
     Observing and correcting the methods of customers operating.
 
 
 
     2)   产品的维修/Service for the products    
 
     作为设备的直接制造商本公司对所售产品实行终身上门维修,终身提供零配件,并保证:一旦某型号的设备改型,至少提供五年以上的原型号产品更新换代的零配件供应.
    Manufacturer offer door to door service and spare parts lifelong for sold products, and promises: Once there is a type of product have changed the model, we will offer the spare parts of original model for five years.
 
      3)   定期回访/ Periodic follow up
        
      在保修期后的时间里,卖方亦将根据买方的设备使用实际情况定期回访用户,以帮助客户正确使用设备,并及时解决有关问题
        After the maintenance period, supply side also according to purchaser’s equipment using conditions will periodic follow up, and will help customers correct use the equipment, and solving some problem ASAP.
  
        保修期后如参加保养计划,我们只收取第一次的销售额的1-3%作为一年的保养费。零配件也享受优惠政策。卖方服务完成后,买方对卖方工程技术人员的服务予以确认,
如有不妥之处,可直接反馈本公司
       If you join the maintain plan we just charge you 1-3% fee from our first sales amount, after service, the purchaser will confirm the technical engineers. If they found any matters, may call directly to company.
 
3. 所有买方机器的使用情况资料都将完整的输入本公司的售后服务资料库,我们将根据所掌握的情况为客户制定最合适的售后服务方案,并定期向客户通报机器使用中应注意的事项,使设备能发挥最佳的效能。
All the using conditions sold machines would be input completely the service documents, we could make perfectly corresponding project, and would be report timely to customers about any warring and caution.
 
4.由不可抗拒之自然灾害造成的机器损坏,卖方需酌情收取零配件费用。
The machine failure making by force majored, the purchaser need pay for parts a little.
 
5. 德沁机械在全国大中城市都有直属的维修人员或机构,可以提供快速、直接的服务,在有直属人员区域的服务响应时间应为24小时,即接到报修电话24小时内上门。
 DEQIN has its direct service person and organizations in big and middle cities all over the world. It can supply fast and direct service. Time of  response is 24 hours. It means that service people will visit you in 24 hours as soon as receiving your phone.
 
6.  提供双休日和节假日制度的应急服务
